Three-Steps Translation Process
Multilex uses three different professional linguistics during its three-steps translation process. After a document has been translated, the proofreader reviews the translation against the original version to verify that it appropriately represents the source. Finally, the editor carefully reviews the document and discuss word choices with the client to ensure client’s satisfaction with the final product

As a result, we are undergoing the ISO 17100 certification process, which provides requirements for the core procedures, resources, and other aspects necessary for the delivery of a quality translations. Only few of the world’s translation companies are ISO 17100 certified, which means you are guaranteed to work with the best of the best.
Professional Competences of Translators
We use the ISO 17100 Quality Standard’s requirements for translations and work exclusively with translators who can meet at least one of the following criteria:
- A recognized graduate qualification in translation from an institution of higher education;
- A recognized graduate qualification in any other field from an institution of higher education plus two years of full-time professional experience in translating;
- Five years of full-time professional experience in translating.
